Yes. We build your preview and send you a private link. No card, no contract. If you don't love it, you just say no thanks.
Why would you build it before I pay?
Because it's the fastest way to show you what's possible. Most people can't picture a new website until they see their own business on it.
I already have a website. Can you upgrade it?
Yes. We build your new site first so you can compare. If you go ahead, we move it over carefully so your email and Google listing keep working, and once the new site is live you can cancel your old hosting.
I already own a domain name. Can I keep it?
Absolutely. Your domain stays registered where it is, in your name. We just point it at your new site. If you don't have one yet, we'll register one in your name as part of your plan.
Who owns the website and domain?
You do. Your domain is registered in your name from day one, and your content is yours. On the 12-month plan, the site files are yours outright after 12 months.
How do I make changes after it's live?
Log in to your client portal and ask for the change in plain English, or upload photos. You see a preview, approve it, and it goes live. Essentials includes 6 edits a month; Pro is unlimited.
What happens to my business email?
Nothing breaks. If you already have email on your domain we keep it working, and if you don't, we can set it up for you.
Can I cancel?
Month-to-month plans can cancel anytime. The $0-down option has a 12-month commitment, since that's what covers the build.
